Scarlett Entertainment specialise in creating unforgettable entertainment experiences using an extensive range of local and international talent. Established in the UK in 2009 the business has since grown its operation to over 50 countries worldwide and works with over 3000 clients every year to provide end-to-end entertainment solutions.
We first worked with Scarlett Entertainment a few years so on a complex destination event for 2000 people. They provided us with incredible performers ranging from stilt walking fire jugglers to acrobats in fishbowls and even dancers suspended from helium balloons! In recent months we have been working together to embrace the world of entertainment for virtual and hybrid events. The team is always innovating and finding new ways to spark engagement and create an immersive experience that breaks the boundaries of virtual event space.
Scarlett Entertainment has an extensive range of live and virtual talent that they produce and manage including musicians, hosts and speakers, cirque performers, interactive experiences and much more! They also have a Custom Creations department in-house that specialise in creating bespoke experiences for clients, taking their creative vision for entertainment and transforming into a reality.
KATIE SABRY

Katie is a full time artist based with a studio at the heart of Limassol’s historic old town. She specialises in painting with oils and watercolours as well as making bespoke mosaics. She has also provided illustrations for a children’s book.
As well as the regular artistic workshops she runs from her studio, Katie has also worked with us on a number of events for all sizes of groups. Mosaic of course is an ancient art form synonymous with the Greek world and, perhaps inspired by visits to the archaeological sites in Cyprus, a mosaic master class is one of our most popular activities. As Katie says, mosaic making is popular not least because it is a very relaxing and creative activity but you need no drawing or painting skills to give it a go.
As well as teaching the ancient art of mosaic making, Katie has also helped us organise master classes for a wide variety of artistic disciplines and these workshops are always a great option for team building events. In addition, Katie makes her own pieces too and these are wonderful gifts for special events.
AGORA

One of the most exciting events of the year has been the opening of the Agora in Limassol. Creating a new focal point in the town centre, this original concept has restored the old municipal market hall and breathed life back into the area.
This impressive “old Pantopolio” historic building, is redesigned to breathe a new life into this historically significant place and simultaneously to provide a multicultural and multifunctional connect hub, where people from different cultures and nationalities will connect and come together, to discover ultimate experiences.
Amongst other things, AGORA will give the opportunity to locals and tourists to taste foreign and local cuisines, learn about Cypriot and foreign cultures and to find out about local food and products through special exhibitions and events. There area variety of small and medium retail outlets and food options and the mezzanine floor offers space for private events and meetings of up to 85 people.
VISIBLE

Visible was established to offer innovative training solutions, completely designed and adapted to the specific needs of each company and organization. They combine their services and products with Skillsoft’s training material and as part of Catalyst Global also offer team building options.

They are capable of designing small- medium and long lasting programs taking advantage of every possible adult training method such as: classroom training, public speaking, coaching, e-learning & blended learning as well as experiential and interactive workshops.
In these challenging times, it is more important than ever to invest in our teams and Visual have been proactive in creating virtual and hybrid options for their clients. They are offering tailored courses in Change Management and as part of Catalyst Global have been at the forefront in creating innovative virtual team building activities
AMARA

The 207 rooms all offer panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea, taking in the hotel’s beautiful gardens. Offering all the facilities that a discerning clientele would expect from a 5-star experience including a signature spa, infinity pool, restaurants run by Michelin-star chefs and a beautiful rooftop bar with panoramic views.
The hotel also offers numerous options for events with a pre-function area, dedicated lawn space for outdoor events and a spacious pillar-free function hall that can accommodate up to 370 guests
